Cancellation Policy

Flight reservations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled as follows. In the event of excessive rain, wind, equipment problems, or any other pilot in command safety concerns causes flight to be cancelled customer may reschedule without penalty. Client may also elect for any reason to reschedule 48 hours or more prior to scheduled departure time without penalty. However, client schedule changes made less than 48 hours prior to anticipated flight departure will carry a 20.00% or $150.00 rescheduling fee, whichever is greater.
